1. Acceptance of Terms

By engaging Tactical Construction ("Company," "we," "us") for services, or by using this website, you agree to these Terms and Conditions.

2. Estimates & Quotes

All estimates are based on the information available at the time of assessment and are subject to change if project scope, site conditions, or material costs change. Final pricing is confirmed in a written agreement prior to work beginning.

3. Change Orders

Any changes to the agreed scope of work must be documented in writing and may affect project cost and timeline.

4. Payment Terms

Payment schedules, deposits, and final payment terms are set forth in the individual project agreement/contract for each job.

5. Permits & Compliance

Company will obtain necessary permits as required by Littleton and applicable Colorado building codes, unless otherwise agreed in writing.

6. Warranty

Workmanship is warrantied as described in your individual project agreement. Manufacturer warranties apply to materials as provided by their respective manufacturers.

7. Limitation of Liability

Company is not liable for delays or damages caused by circumstances beyond its reasonable control, including weather, supply shortages, or third-party delays.

8. Site Access & Safety

Client agrees to provide reasonable access to the project site and to maintain a safe environment for Company personnel.

9. Cancellation

Cancellation terms are governed by the individual project agreement.

10. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Colorado.
